Creating a branch for make changes in Search pages

Library.css: Add class for inactive labels (for deposit)

Deposit Results
add information card about compatibility
change the way the the list of result is presented -> use cards instead of ul
add compatibility check icon for compatible CPs

SearchPages / Table view Pages
change the layout of other views links (list, table, map)

Navigation bar: Change the checks for the root menu item, show only the text if there are required routes (not null)

1. Add map url in 'Search Content Providers', 'Search Registries', 'Search Repositories' (Compatible), 'Search Journals' pages.
2. Add tooltips in csv button, table/list view buttons, map button.

mailPrefs.component: Bug fix: call changeFrequency() on ngModelChange to enable 'save' button.
