fixed issue when modifying the values describing a community (added not null check for the parameters value. When the value for status was null an exception was fired)
added new param enabled with default as true to specify if a datasource associated to a community must be considered (each product from the datasource or each product respecting selection criteria if a selection criteria is specified, is associated to the community by bulk tagging if value is true.
