[maven-release-plugin] copy for tag dnet-msro-service-m
modification to layoutToRecordStylesheet:removed test <nxsl:if test="$format != 'DMF' or string(//dc:title)"> when generating target fields.
added an helper test case for testing weird behaviors involving dynamic stylesheet and index records.
Changed logic in MdBuilder in order to push the namespaceprefix to the mdBuilder template.
Updated default mdBuilder template accordingly
