[maven-release-plugin] copy for tag dnet-msro-service-3.0.11

modification to layoutToRecordStylesheet:
removed test <nxsl:if test="$format != 'DMF' or string(//dc:title)"> when generating target fields.

added an helper test case for testing weird behaviors involving dynamic stylesheet and index records.
