solr version now is fixed to 4.3.1
this overrides parent pom property (set to 4.9)

branch of cnr-solr-index-service working with solr 4.3.1 fixed version.

this branch uses solr 4.3.1 instead of dnet-parent property apache.solr.version being equal to 4.9

counter-fix:
isStored depend only on @stored attribute.

unless specified in the index layout schema stored is opt-out:
default to false in order to save space in the response message.

fix:
if the index metadata format xml states
"result=true" the field has stored="true" in SOLR
else
"result=false" the field has stored="false" in SOLR
