enable claiming with root context without choosing a category

added doi in insertConsept interface, related to #1500

In Claim model, a new case is added for parsing claims of type 'updates2actions'

In Claim model change the getContexts method in order to parse every context and to return only those that have at least one category and the category have attribute claim=true

when there is a keyword in the url, first urldecode the keyword and then fire the table search

in refine area of browse/ search pages: when filter by funder show 'also funded by' filter and use only the next level of funding streams

for the compatibility type openaire2.0_data: change the check that gives the type to the table
