adding a first draft for advanced search of projects - fixing autocomplete bug (init values when list of results already exists)

Data Providers:: Fix queries in search page, create advance search page, do the proper query for compatible DP and make filters work, add a page for Entity Registries (first draft)

Search fields for publications and projects, change query creation for projects in order to work with the new API format, changes in Advanced search : select fieldtype only when adding new field

Advanced Search Pubs: load fields values only once(for multiple filters with the same id), move the button and the field selection for new fields to the bottom, in autocomplete add focus/ unfocus functionality
