[maven-release-plugin] prepare release uoa-search-2.0.0

Prepare of release of version 2.0.0 version.

Major Changes from 1.* version:
- Updated all queries of new api to work with filters (fq) #1432.
- Version v2 of API available, currently targeted to the angular portal.
- Backwards compatibility with v1 of API....

Added compatibility criteria for the datasources queries. Change the field of the name to appear in funding_levels name that are not fp7 - related to #2526.

Fixed csv and html xsl-s to avoid NULL pointer exceptions due to illegal HTML characters (eg invalid decimal 141). Fixed ranking of authors in sygma.xsl and all html, csv and tsv xsls. Enabled “-notitle” for the csv format of the new api.
