Prepare for release the 2.0.0 version of uoa-search.
Major Changes from 1.* version: - Version v2 of API available, currently targeted to the angular portal. - Updated all queries of new api to work with filters (fq) #1432. - Integrate the new refine fields which have combined id - label values #2519 - Make one single query for search and refine to Solr #2479. - Backwards compatibility with v1 of API. - Includes cnr-cql-utils:2.1.0 #2009
