1. Add funding info element and widget classes. 2. Modify main menu and widgets to show alternative bids. 3. Create getAllBids method on data service. 4. Create servlets (Bank receipt and File) to get receipts and contract for bid elements. 5. Modify web.xml . Add new servlet classes and mapping.
