Author Orcid: rename the field from "ORCID" to "orcid"

[use-UoaAdminToolsLibrary | Library]:
1. community.service.ts & help-content.service.ts & layout.service.ts & configuration.service.ts & subscribe.service.ts: In API paths replace "community" with "{{properties.adminToolsPortalType}}".
2. dashboard/ & utils/entities/adminTool/: Update files for new theme according to changes in "r59297 & r59298" commits (...to be tested).
