Vocabulary editor does not support two terms with the same english name

fixing relations:
@code instead of @value (compliant with dnet-schemas)

Refactoring for vocabulary persistence:
default DAO persists vocabularies on RegistryService.
An alias has been defined.
If we want to override the default bean the following property is to be used:
dnet.modular.ui.vocabulary.dao
