[new-UI | Admin]: 1. add-content-providers.component.ts & add-projects.component.ts: Comment everything about search page limit and OUT_OF_BOUNDS error. 2. add-content-providers.component.html & add-projects.component.html: Do not use <errorMessages> component, but show loading & errors here in cards | Removed alert about paging limit. 3. add-projects.component.html: [Bug fix] Fix width on top of the page when funders filter is missing (add "uk-flex-right@m" on the very top div to align search).
