[Trunk | Monitor Service]:
1. pom.xml: Add dependency for notification service: uoa-notification-service.
2. UoaMonitorServiceApplication.java: In @SpringBootApplication, add in scanBasePackages "eu.dnetlib.uoanotificationservice".
