1. Metrics.java: New entity for Metrics.
2. MetricsHandler.java: Handler for metrics to create queries via QueryGenerator for saving and fetching metrics and execute them.
3. QueryGenerator.java: Queries for metrics added (not all of them are used - created for testing)....

1. springContext-claims.properties: Updated "services.claims.mail.openaireCommunityClaimsPage" and "services.claims.mail.manageCommunityUserNotificationsPage" to use the new admin portal urls (Admin portal redesign).
2. EmailSender.java: Build urls by replacing "{community}" with openaire_id in "openaireCommunityClaimsPage" and "manageCommunityUserNotificationsPage" properties, (Admin portal redesign - new urls).

Fix context query (to return claims linked to a community or made in community dashboard)

1. ManagerUtils.java: Added method "isCommunityManager()" to check if a user_email is among managers of a community.
2. springContext-claims.xml: Added in bean with id=emailSender, property name="managerUtils" and removed property name="communityUtils".
