[new-UI | Library]: role-users.component.html & subscribers.component.html: In <icon> component remove ratio="0.7" (default is 1).

a. Set font-size to 14px in .uk-card .uk-button.action, .uk-card .uk-icon-button.action.
b. Set padding top and bottom to 12px in .uk-card .uk-button.action.

[new-UI | Admin]:
1. add-content-providers.component.ts & add-projects.component.ts: Comment everything about search page limit and OUT_OF_BOUNDS error.
2. add-content-providers.component.html & add-projects.component.html: Do not use <errorMessages> component, but show loading & errors here in cards | Removed alert about paging limit....
